Breads I:  Quick Breads – Sweet & Savory

Quick breads don’t require yeast or long rising times and are easy to make.

This class will introduce you to some ingredients you might not have considered as the main component of bread:  corn, oats, zucchini, carrots, bananas, and pumpkin.   You’ll see the versatility of these ingredients by making both sweet and savory recipes.

We’ll have a light lunch and each attendee will get a selection of the breads we make to take home.

Each attendee should bring an apron and a baking sheet/pan.
