Happiness and health in one go-is that possible?
YES-People living in the Blue Zones around the world have figured out how to be both happy and healthy. The participants in a workshop offered by INC some weeks ago got insights into how to build their own happiness and health.
As requested by the participants, we are now having a reunion to see if, how and in which area they have potential to feel more balanced. This event is (unfortunately) only open for those who participated in the first part. BUT-we will offer another session in the new year should you want to join as well.
