Explore the increasingly popular world of alternative flours with our fellow member, Elaine! Nut flours, coconut, rice flours, buckwheat, and others and bake a variety of gluten-free. Items: bread, biscuits, scones, cookies, and brownies.
We will have a simple lunch while our recipes are baking, and you can take home some of the baked goods.
Bring an apron to wear.
The Baking Class will be starting at 10:30. You are welcome to arrive early for coffee.
