Calçots Season arrived! Have you tried this traditional dish of Catalonia? Calçot is spring onion, Calçotada (BBQ) is a distinct Catalan tradition, a festival of authentic local food, where people have lots of fun eating and drinking wine together.
We will try Calçots and other traditional Levantino (East Spain) dishes.
