It’s hard to believe we, as your current VP Team, are planning the final two monthly events of this INC board year! Looking back we’ve had so much fun over the last eight months and we are just as excited to bring you a sneak peek into May’s event. This month we will head back to a topic we touched on last year but we have a few little twists in store to keep it fresh and interactive! The theme, titled “Fashion Talk: Timeless Elegance” allows us to touch on practical applications of style, appreciate personal guidance by experts and provides us with tricks and tools to not only accentuate, but appreciate, our own unique qualities.

Our venue is one we fell in love with and used for our fashion event last year: Mad Hat. The building was once an old cinema (Cine Arizona, 1944) as well as an old hat and beret factory (Manufacturas Arrévola, 1961). Not only that, due to its unique charm (not to mention the inclusion of many of the original machinery and hat pieces), this location has also been featured in many TV shows and films requiring that “throw-back feel” of the 60s. 

As mentioned above, this event is “hands on” for you as well! We will post more next week about the tasks or challenges we will be asking of our members (completely voluntary – of course!) as well as more about our experts who will be guiding us in this lively conversation.
