Our theme for our October monthly meeting is Happiness, and we have a double-whammy for you. A workshop on happiness, combined with some art appreciation. We know how many of you love art, and who would say no to a little more happiness in their lives?
Join us at the Tamara Kreisler Gallery in central Madrid for a fun morning expanding our knowledge of the worlds of art and happiness. Tamara, who comes from a family of gallery owners, will kick things off by giving us an introduction to her gallery and an overview of the current exhibition. Tamara believes that a life surrounded by art is a better life, which leads us to the second part of our event, The Art and Science of Happiness Workshop.
Stacy Viva, a Movement and Mindset Coach, will lead a 50-minute workshop where we will learn the science behind happiness, participate in some hands-on exercises, and put together our own personal happiness action plan. We will go away armed with all we need to instantly enjoy more happiness in our lives. Stacy, originally from LA, has had the good fortune to work with many companies on their health and wellness, and now we get the chance to experience her signature style. She now works for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and Lifestyle Spain.
So, get yourself a nice notebook, grab a pen, and come and join us for a morning of connection over art and happiness.
