Join us for an extraordinary experience at Matadero Madrid, a hub of innovation and creativity promoted by the Department of Culture and Sports of the Madrid City Council. Established in 2006 and housed within the city’s historic former slaughterhouse and livestock market, Matadero Madrid offers a unique setting where heritage and architecture meet cutting-edge contemporary creation.
The Museum Forum is a monthly art-focused event where we explore a wide variety of artistic experiences. From museum visits and art exhibitions to photography showcases and other aesthetic activities, each gathering offers a chance to immerse ourselves in the world of creativity and culture. We look forward to discovering and appreciating art in all its forms; followed by an optional catch up over a cup of coffee.
Matadero Madrid, an international cultural center by the Madrid City Council, offers diverse programming across exhibitions, theater, festivals, live music, film, lectures, and workshops. With artist residencies, educational activities, and family-friendly events such as xmas markets and farmers markets, it’s a vibrant space for all ages to explore and connect with the arts.

Shaped by various institutions and global connections, it fosters unique collaborations and cultural innovation.
