Museum Forum: The Magritte machine – Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza

René Magritte (1898-1967), a born-Belgian painter, one of the main exponent of the surrealism.
Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum is offering a complete retrospective of the artist with 95 daring compositions and provocative images capable of altering the viewer’s perception and questioning our preconceived reality and provoking thought.
Barbara de Simone, one of our members whose father is a well-known professional painter will take us into René Magritte’s world.
At the end of our visit, we will gather at the Museum Cafe to talk about the exhibition.
