The Blue Zones and our health-workshop

In this workshop we will explore what people in Sardinia, Greece, Costa Rica, Okinawa and the Seventh Day Adventists all have in common and how that impacts life and health positively. We will relate this to our own reality and learn what differences can be made by using micro-habits as a tool. The workshop is free of charge but we ask that you bring a small something to share, in one or more of the rainbow colors.
Organiser: Malin, with a back ground in nutrition and public health will run the workshop.
