At the venue, we learned from artisans the secrets , tradition and history of turrón. Also the history of the store. The family was one of t he pioneers and began the production in 1775, a large tradition with an excellent result.
We were able to watch an artisan working and had the opportunity to taste the classical and the innovating flavours, made by the brother of Chef Ferran Adriá.
