We are meeting up for wine and tapas, meals and coffees all around the city, making the most of the culinary scene in Madrid. Our Lunch Bunch visits new restaurants on a regular basis and the Wine and Dine group indulges in fine wine and good food.
Additionally, we also share our favorite cultural dishes with each other. Not only do we get the pleasure of learning about the Spanish Cuisine, but also food from around the globe. Past cooking demos have included Indonesian, Thai and Viennese food and bread baking. The recipes from our members have been so popular that we have created INC Cook Books. We print these in commemoration of major club anniversaries, the latest being our 30th. They are very tasty mementos.
