March is just around the corner and a large variety of activities is waiting for us in the coming month. In these eNews you will find all currently planned events. More will be added in the course of the next few weeks, so please stay tuned.

Also in these eNews: our VP Team provides us with a glimps into the next Monthly Meeting, and our Blog editor Susannah Grant – for a change – talks to herself about bullseye spitting, teaching Scottish dancing to Spaniards, royal lingerie and much more.

In addition, our INC web team kindly asks you to update your member profil, using the link provided in their message below. This will allow us to get in contact with each other more easiliy through the website's "members area", and to keep the "Happy Birthday" section in the eNews up to date.

MESSAGE FROM THE
VICE PRESIDENT TEAM
|
|
They say “time flies when you’re having fun” and clearly we’ve been having too much… Can you believe we’re heading into March this week?! With the new month, comes a new monthly event and while February’s involved a sit-down meal, March is going to have us “Moovin’ N’ Groovin’ into Spring.”
|
Our venue will take us back to the main thoroughfare of Madrid (Gran Via) to one of the city’s most eye-catching buildings: The Hyatt Centric. This hotel is set within a beautiful, 100 year-old Art Deco building that still boasts décor and architecture of the time period: repetitive use of heavy geometric shapes, smooth lines, vibrant colors, as well as streamlined and sleek forms. It is with the perfect synchronicity that the features of this “movement” align with our intentions to bring a fun and vibrant energy to this meeting.
|
We will have three of our very own INC members leading us through their various talents of movement, dance and stylized choreography: Stacy Viva, Jen Lopez, and Inge Drenthen. We are confident that you will feel reenergized, revitalized and renewed with this unique mind-body connection experience shared in the perfect setting and, as always, with the best company!

There are no formal requirements to join the board, but if you are a team player with an overall INC spirit and an interest in helping out, then you will fit perfectly into our current team.

We are looking for 5 - 7 members to replace those who are leaving (1-2 Area 1 coordinator/s, 1 Membership and Hospitality, 1 Community Outreach and Advertising, 1 Historian, 1 Activities team member).

I help people regulate their nervous systems by teaching them highly effective and scientifically proven tools like breathing techniques and meditation workshops. I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Vinyasa Yoga asana teacher, a breathwork coach and I have trained in prenatal, postnatal and mum & baby yoga.
